TWT Zero tolerance Policy
Zero Tolerance Policy Effective immediately, we are implementing a zero-tolerance policy. This is not something we are waiting to start in the new year; these changes are essential for the well-being of our members, staff, and guests. It is critical that we set clear boundaries to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all.

Key Points of the Policy:

1. Negativity and Disrespect Will Not Be Tolerated:
Any negative conversations or loud outbursts will not be allowed. We are all adults and can address issues at the appropriate time and place. Immediate action will be taken if disrespect occurs. Any member displaying inappropriate behavior, including disrespect towards authority or fellow members, will have their membership voided.
2. A Positive and Respectful Environment:
We are a community built on integrity, respect, and compassion. Recently, some behaviors have strayed from these values. TWT was established to create an environment of support, health, and wellness. Any behavior that disrupts this environment will not be tolerated. We expect everyone to come with a positive attitude, ready to work, and leave feeling better.
3. Your Experience Matters:
Our primary goal is to provide the service you’re paying for while maintaining a healthy, respectful atmosphere. When you enter, your focus should be on following instructions, getting the service you need, and leaving satisfied. Negative attitudes and side conversations detract from this experience and will not be allowed.
4. Handling Concerns:
If you have concerns or suggestions, please address them through the proper channels. Our gym assistant, Mesha, is available to assist with any issues. You can expect a response within 24 hours. Please be respectful in all communications and adhere to the guidelines of the business.
5. Stay Positive or Stay Home:
If you’re having a bad day, we encourage you to stay home or come with the intention to improve your mindset. We will not tolerate anyone taking out their frustrations on others. We all have bad days, but it’s important to ensure it doesn’t affect the group dynamic.

Moving Forward:
We are committed to maintaining a welcoming and supportive space for all members. We are asking for full cooperation in ensuring this space remains one of respect, health, and growth. Thank you for your understanding and commitment to making TWT a positive, empowering place for everyone.
