Personal (90 Day) Training
90 DAY TRANSFORMATION is for clients looking for personal training. This program is designed for individuals looking to tone, gain muscle mass, or lose weight. Dedication & consistency is highly required for this program. You will learn proper form while working out, reintroduce your body to real food, learn the importance of recovery and rest. This program includes Sauna sessions and you’ll be referred to a chiropractor for deep tissue massages.
3 month program must be paid in full $900. Monthly discount applied for upfront payment.

Small Group Training
Consist of 10 or fewer participants.
This Session Format is Ideal For:

• Technique-Driven Skill Sessions (e.g. kettlebell, Olympic lifting, functional core)

Consist of 11-25 participants

Consist of 26 - 50 participants.

Online Training
Online training is for individuals unable to attend in person classes. This takes place over the Internet. It is often done at your own time. However, online learning is just one type of “distance learning”. You receive weekly customized meal plans, workouts, and accountability calls. We require the following when signing up for online;
1. Before pictures
2.Current weight
3.Fitness & health goals
4.Workout equipment if any or where workouts will be performed.
5.Restrictions if any.
This program is only for individuals who are self efficient & self motivated.
